Customers generally arrange their own shipping
- We will email you the weight & # of pallets so you can email us a BOL.
- You call your carrier and arrange the pick up of your product.
- Please remind drivers they need to be inside our gates by 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday. Carriers are often late. Please stress to the carrier that late pick ups have a gate charge, so they need to be on time. Many drivers underestimate Seattle traffic. We try to wait for trucks at the end of the day, but there is not an employee to offload them after 4:00 pm.
Helpful Information
A lot of customers ship us small parts via UPS. We can ship it back on your own UPS account, or on our account. Just let us know on your PO what you want us to do. If you don't work with shipping services and need us to arrange a pick up & drop off for you, we are happy to do it and we can add the freight to your invoice. We have an administrative fee for our time to arrange shipping.
Please email all BOL's, confirmations, etc. to our Shipping Office at: egalvinc@outlook.com

*Very important: Mark your BOL "Collect" so that Emerald does not get billed for the charges.
