​All claims for defective galvanizing, shortages or other matters must be represented in writing to Seller within "10 Days" after the date the galvanized materials are shipped, and in the event no claims are presented, they shall be waived. Not withstanding the foregoing sentence (A) On all shipments which the Buyer directs seller to take to a place other than Buyer's plant, Buyer and/or their agent shall inspect the galvanizing at Seller's plant, and failure to do so shall constitute an unqualified waiver by buyer of any defects in such galvanizing, and (B) On all shipments made by Seller to Buyer's plant, Buyer's use or reshipment of the galvanized material shall constitute an unqualified waiver by Buyer of any defects in the galvanizing thereof, Seller shall incur no liability for shipping or transporting any materials. Buyer shall indemnify and hold Seller harmless for any damages incurred on the premises.
