Emerald Customers are responsible for all shipping.
Emerald employees do not make shipping arrangements, but we will coordinate with what you arrange on your own.
For shipping us ANCHOR or CHAIN:
If you are in the Seattle area, but cannot transport your product, you can call any shipping carrier and tell them to deliver it here with your name on the parts.
If you are out of the area, such as in Alaska or other far away coastal area, First, call a carrier of your choice. We recommend AML (Alaska Marine Lines) and Peninsula Trucking.

Peninsula Trucking will pick up from AML at the dock and bring your parts here to Emerald's receiving yard.
You need to contact Peninsula Trucking after you have made arrangements with AML. Then you need to fill out a BOL for your shipment. You can contact Peninsula Trucking here: http://www.peninsulatruck.com/Services/ServiceCenters.aspx

The last step is to notify us at Emerald that your order is on the way. Please email the BOL or any other paperwork to our billing office at: OFFICEGALV@AOL.COM
For steel parts that are NOT chain or anchors:
- If you are shipping to us from out of state, we recommend UPS GROUND or UPS FREIGHT. Please write our gate hours on your shipping form. Mon - Fri, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
- After you complete your shipment, email us at email@example.com with your Purchase Order and let us know how to ship the product back to you. If you want us to ship on Your UPS account, please write your account number on your PO.
