Emerald Galvanizing is a second generation galvanizing company. Started in 1964 in North Seattle by the present owner’s father, Emerald Galvanizing has a long history of supplying the Pacific Northwest, Alaska, and Hawaii with hot dip galvanized coatings for steel products. Emerald galvanizes miscellaneous metal fabrications such as brackets, beams, frames, rods, bolts, embedments, floor plate covers, gratings, anchors, chains, as well as many other small items such as screws, nuts, and washers for a wide variety of customers and industries. Our galvanizing kettle size is 10’ long x 2’6” wide x 4’ deep. The three hallmarks of Emerald’s promise to our customers are: Quality, Service, and Value.
Emerald meets all government, ASTM, and AASHTO specifications for hot dip galvanizing. Quality is assured by inspection of each job by our Plant Manager, Jason Spurgis, who has 10+ years of experience in the galvanizing industry.
We work hard at Emerald to meet your scheduling requirements. Each job is scheduled based on when the material is received. If you have a large job or a particular delivery requirement, please call ahead and we will pre-schedule to meet your requirement. Dropping off and picking up your product is a breeze as truck unloading and loading times are quick. Emerald Galvanizing has the capability of working around-the-clock shifts to meet your production requirements.
Our kettle size keeps our overhead low and our pricing competitive. We are happy to provide a written quote based on a price per pound for the cost of galvanizing on the jobs you are bidding. We offer a service that none of the other galvanizers in the area have: a centrifuge that spins excess zinc off the threads on bolts, rod, chain, and various other fabrications.
Quality, Service, and Value, all add up to make Emerald Galvanizing a great choice as your galvanizing supplier. If you haven’t already experienced the Emerald difference, please give us a try and we will do our best to exceed your expectations!
